Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your FloodFort Kit™ purchase.

30-Day Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your FloodFort Kit within 30 days of receiving it, provided the kit is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@floodfortkit.co.uk before sending the item back. We will provide the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. When you buy online, you have statutory cancellation rights. You can normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Where a statutory cancellation applies, we will refund the applicable payments in accordance with UK consumer law. This includes the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your FloodFort Kit arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@floodfortkit.co.uk. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will process any applicable refund. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer law.
